Scoreboard start times are wrong!

I live in the greater Phoenix, AZ area, and we do not observe Daylight Saving Time. When I go to the Scoreboard to discover what time games are scheduled, I find that the start times listed are one hour later than the real start time. Is there not some way that this could be fixed? Content on the site is usually good, but most times some links are broken and the page will not open. Overall, the site could be better maintained so these issues could be fixed, so thus, 3*.
